Not only the door, but you need to hide the entire base. Unless you make it out of bedrock, which can't be done until creative, then people could just break through the wall.
Well I have one idea. You can have a underground tunnel from your house to a mild distance away then have a trap door hidden in trees or a lake or anything else.
