What we have here is simply a difference in morals and I seriously doubt the OP is going to change his mind no matter how much you guys try to scold him. Not trying to sound pessimistic or anything but morality is one thing you can't teach..
Personally I think it's wrong that he got a refund and still gets to play the game. Although wherever there are loopholes such as this there will be those people that take advantage of them.
I myself am not trying to change his mind just trying to understand the 'reason' to repurchase the game when clay seed is fixed. To me that doesnt make sense since it was a wasted effort to get a refund when you are just going to buy it again when update happens

I understand and wasn't responding directly towards your comment but I doubt he will buy the game again anyways. I mean I don't see how he can think it's right to get a refund now and then turn around and say he's going to do the right thing and pay for it.
If it gets fixed for current version, I'll pay for it again if not then I don't plan to start all over on Minecraft, would rather save the money on some other game. It's just me, no biggie plus they will not go bankrupt lmfao.. Look up how much profit they made off of it silly rabbit!
But the Clay glitch applies to all players. Therefore, if everyone who played Minecraft for the Xbox 360 got refunds for the same reasoning, Mojang/4J Studios would gradually become bankrupt with the lack of a profit being made, and from the lost money by the game's creation and advertisement. It's not an exaggeration, but a possible situation were each consumer requesting reimbursement for their product.
If both companies were to stop giving $20 back to everyone for their "faulty" sold items, they could be sued for $2,000,000, or the equivalent of 100,000 buyers getting reimbursed(considering that is the total number of consumers for MCXB360). One way or another, due to your refund, Linkline, this would be a legal excuse for a major downfall of Minecraft.
This is the stupidest thing to gloat about. The OP is sitting in this thread basically bragging about getting his money back on a game he should of done a little more research for. If he was smart, he would have known Clay was bugged in 1.6 and it was said a million times that MC xbox 360 edition was gonna be in 1.6. At the end of the day, he basically got a refund just because he wanted to say he got money back from microsoft. To his complaint earlier about how he won't play much during the summer. If you weren't gonna play the game then why did you buy it?
This post lacks common sense, and any sense at all for that matter. Hope you enjoy playing a game that you basically don't own anymore. There is something people around my town call people like you, Believe it is called a cheapskate dirtbag. :/
Judging by Linkline's XBL profile it wouldnt be the first time his account would get flagged for something, already been flagged for GS cheating. I am going to have a good laugh at all the people that get infracted for taking the refund yet continue to play MC

Anyways, Hope you have a good time with getting the new games. (Not being sarcastic, I won't be as hating as the other posters).
I think he was trying to act like you. lol.
Also, here is an awesome suggestion I had: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1745550-biome-effects/
