Ok, so let's get this straight. The Op wants 20$ in return for not having Clay in his digital world because of the original Beta 1.6.6 glitch that affects all players to be fixed in the next update. By that logic, every person can get a refund since there is no Clay for any of them as well! Then Mojang and 4J Studios will go bankrupt, and we can never play any version of the game again!
I will be pissed if they don't add clays to our current worlds we worked hard on otherwise I might just get a refund :/ (don't be hatin'!)

While I do think it's foolish to attempt to get a refund because you find the lack of clay disturbing, especially considering that there will be more clay in the next update (see HERE), there's no way that you're suddenly going to find clay in your current worlds after the update. So if clay's that important to you in your current worlds and if clay is why you play Minecraft, then by all means, enjoy your refund.

How about instead of complaining you go find a block of clay and use the duplication glitch while you can. THen you won't have to start a new map to get lots of clay.

I have a Samsung 3D LED tv so no I didn't lie, just told them I wasn't satisfied with the game especially with the update. So they gave me a refund, no biggie. I didn't intend to steal, I just don't like it anymore even the update but who knows. You silly kid

4J has already have confirmed the fact that the clay distribution will be fixed with the update in July so to be honest your only complaint is a result of your lack of patience. Also, the game supports one of the best indie developers in the business. And let's be honest, $20 is nothing unless you are a kid as many of us could 'brown bag' it for a week and save more than that.

You will have to start a new world to get clay, unless you haven't explored your entire map.
DLC will not be free because it's DLC. You are getting all updates to Minecraft for FREE! 1.7.3, 1.8.2, 1.0.0, etc, all for free. DLC will be something entirely different, like the mentioned Xbox exclusives to the game.
Just get your refund and stop playing the game.

OK so you say youll buy MCX360 again when the clay is fixed, I dont see the logic in that, you will still be starting a NEW world at that point when it happens, if you are going to do that WHY get a refund? make absolutely no sense and just screams of cheating the system if you still intend to use the license to dink around with.
You do know that is considered marketplace theft and can get you banned.
What we have here is simply a difference in morals and I seriously doubt the OP is going to change his mind no matter how much you guys try to scold him. Not trying to sound pessimistic or anything but morality is one thing you can't teach..
Personally I think it's wrong that he got a refund and still gets to play the game. Although wherever there are loopholes such as this there will be those people that take advantage of them.
