One the PC version well on my PC when I would use a texture pack that was like 64x64 it would slow it down at least 10 frames so what would it do to the Xbox version because I like playing at 60 FPS
I'm pretty sure the Xbox can run a 512x512 texture pack at 60 fps pretty easily, lol just look at the resolution on virtually any CoD game and how the Xbox handles their textures.

It can render the game 4 times at once , all at 60 fps for the most part. I think it can handle a few hd texture packs.
