so I was thinking what if I tried to put Notch In binary as a map seed. So i put this "01001110 01101111 01110100 01100011 01101000" in the map seed and I got a seed that has the biggest snow biome i've ever seen!

Hi guys! I'm a huge fan of the video game series Mother, and I wanted to find a seed with a wide valley between mountains so I can (attempt to) recreate Saturn Valley. Seen any seeds like that lately?
LIGHTER FLUID but will that b good enough, PRETTY BIG & almost a canyon I was when I spawned. There's pictures. Saturn valley, tell me about that & I might b able 2 help significantly maybe.
just wondering is their a certin way to come up with a map seed like if you type 501 the 501 is a certin code that gerates a snowy area on the map. ive been thinking about this for a Long time every seince the seed update came out because ive always wanted to discover my own world. so if theirs some kind of weird code for this i would like to know, PS: im sorry if this doseint make since this isint something i know how to type, but if you understand this by allmeans tell me please.
Numbers can generate maps but u must find the right number for certain details like biomes, dungeons & overhangs just the way u like 'em then letters with case senses can get u more!

I found a new seed yesterday that was really good. It has a lot of cool rock formations, including a group of four mountains that can be connected by bridges. I added photos and a full map to my blog.
Don't judge this seed based off the number. It's an amazing seed and my main world is in this seed. It's 69

Dose anyone have a seed that has jungel trees? i cant seem to spawn one and i wanted to farm coca beans to make cookies
There are no jungle trees in the Xbox version yet. The only way to find cocoa beans is in a dungeon chest, and even then, there's currently no way to grow them. The PC version only just now gained the ability to grow them with the 1.3 release.

Yesterday, I was on Minecraft from 10am to 9pm, so 11 hours. All that time was on one world that is now definately my favourite seed!
What is so great about that seed? You ask.
Well, the reason I love this seed is because it is a great all-around map. It has everything you can ask for, for example; A huge variety of mountains, more than plenty of beaches, acres of differant islands, beautifull forests and enough snow to last forever.
But what I like the best over all of the above is the enormous, exciting, underground cave systems!
I spawned in a forest but soon found myself under a huge mountain, which I happened to climb over and then found a gaping hole on the otherside. I decided to mine through the hole and after about 3-5 blocks moved I found a wall full of coal and iron, so I made some stone pickaxes and chose to dig deep in to this ore filled hole. After a few hours of digging I saw how big I had made the hole and decided to make a house there (which is very successfull). Before I knew it I was in a massive cave in which I soon found Lava and then a bunch of diamonds and loads of lupis luisano (sorry I cant spell it).
What is in this world:
Loads of coal and iron.
Plenty of diamonds and other minerals.
A huge amount of animals (so I made a farm).
Monsters everywhere.
And pretty landscape.
I recommend this map for all play types. For an easy creative game set the difficulty to peacefull or easy. Or for a challenge set it to normal or hard (I forgot to mention that creepers are everywhere so be carefull).
I will try to get some pics so I'll add the seed name then.

Now on to today's business. Yesterday I found a legendary seed that I'd like to share with everyone. It has lots of land bridges and overhangs. The largest land bridge hides in its shadow an underground cave system that connects to a zombie spawn and (if you burrow for a bit), a second cave system full of gold and redstone. There's also an obsidian generator back in here.
