Nether Portal Glitch?

So I have a Nether Portal in the ground and I have another about 500 blocks north and 100 east as well as 100 blocks higher then the first one. The problem is, when I enter the one to the NW it teleports me to the entrace that belongs to the portal mentioned first. The second portal still sends me to the Nether, but I can't get back through it...

I have a problem to... my portal has 10 blocks i think and i used flint & steel didnt work plz help
