I feel pretty lonely on this topic but I can't share pics of my mc world with my friends because I don't have a Facebook account and it annoys me to no end. Anyone else feel is way? I doubt it'll change but that would be nice. Why cant it just link directly to the mc forums? Why is a fb account necessary? Grrrrrrrrrrr

I feel your pain! I refuse to get a facebook account, so no share for me... If the pics can be directed to facebook then they should be able to direct them to our MCforums accounts... You're not alone!

I agree but then I just made a facebook account solely for my xbox friends so now it's whatever. from there you can just have a link to your account on here right? problem solved?

What principle might that be?

The Facebook integration stuff is a new XBL feature. It isn't something specifically built into MineCraft.

Dragon's Dogma also uses the Facebook Share feature.

I, too, agree on this matter. I think at least having an additional option to store it locally is prudent. Although I suspect other means of sharing screenshots may arise as the console version is updated.

I agree, there are other social networks, like twitter, I hate fb... hate it!!

Just make a Facebook solely for your pictures. You don't need to add anybody or do anything at all on it, just your Minecraft pictures. It's not like something bad will happen to you if you have a Facebook. Over 1 billion people have one, we're all doing fine.

If you don't want a Facebook, then continue to cry about not having pictures while the rest of us continue taking screenshots.

I'm still waiting for Twitter support. Oh and KingPuny, stop being so stereotypical

If Microsoft added a 'share to Twitter' option, I would be happier. I hate Facebook so much. They also have a Twitter app, so why not?

the reason 4j did this is because there is already a plugin built into xbla to do this easily....i read a tweet or article somewhere where they said if there were more plugins they would have added more options

It's as simple as this. Make a private Facebook account that no one can look up, or search for, and just tie it to your Minecraft through Xbox. Download the pictures to your computer. Profit.

I was gonna say that! FB isn't going anywhere, and people crying/flaming about it isn't going to get you anywhere but trolled on hard.

You should be allowed to save pictures to a memory stick and bring them your computer,
