It's okay mate, i figured they wouldn't let the free slide past them. I'm not too worried about DLC for xbox though, because if they do charge, i'll just play on PC, and hopefully have a gaming desktop by then <3
Mod support and texture packs are also two major areas that are heavily discussed in regards to the 360 Edition. The latter is upcoming at no extra cost alongside extra player skins, but to what extent any mods will be accessible (or truly fan-made) without constant regulation from Microsoft remains to be seen.
Keep in mind, this interview was released last week, a mere 4 days following the release of Minecraft 360. I would imagine that Microsoft, and 4J will take the approach that if the ported content is available at no charge on the PC version, then so shall it be on the 360 version. To do otherwise would risk alienation of the users who now own both copies, something that is already a concern due to the version inequity, along with the limited map sizes.
Any unique content, created specifically for the 360 version, would be another matter entirely, and I would not be the slightest bit surprised if that were priced. Especially if the new, unique content were to include new achievements, and what not, as it seems to be a part of Microsoft's pricing policy for such DLC content.

Correction, updates, skins and texture packs will not cost money
Do you know if alpha buyers get DLC free? highly doubt it but it was worth asking at least.
It's been speculated that skins and texture packs will be part of the DLC's, thus costing money.
They won't be getting it for free. Sorry.
