Im ranked pretty high on the leaderboards but honestly i get spammed with friend requests and random people joining my games. now I just play inv only but either remove leaderboards or the option to click on gamertags as this is quite frustrating. I can provide a screen shot later today, and fyi my bio even says not to add me for minecraft.......Plus what is the point in it anyway? it provides nothing to the game and is useless.

They are especially useless for a game like Minecraft.
I could see an option where you can check the stats of the people on your friends list but that is about it.
I did use the travelling stat to see how long my rail was before. (Swapped it to hard since I haven't used a rail in that and went on it twice and divided by two to find out how long)
LB are pointless everytim i play split screen with a frien it resets my stats anyway :S and i was ranked in top fifty for travelling farming nd mining
If you cared that much about stats then just mod them.

Since you are on Xbox.com why not turn your settings to appear offline all the time, and turn notifications off? that's the only thing i can think of to do when you get spammed with requests. Another problem i can see is if someone currently on your friends list sends you a message you would have to dig through invites to get to it.
The only thing I can agree with here is removing the button that sends a friend request to someone on the leaderboards. That is just rediculous. Most people don't want adds from random people just because they are on high up on the leaderboards and making a button just to add someone is a little unneeded. Just makes it easier for people to annoy you.
deal with it, i was 20 something on killing hard and i got a few requests, now im 30+ because of the 65k+ cheaters, and i declined them, all and got on with my life and never once whinned
I believe there is a setting to only get messages from people you are friends with. Which I think also includes friend requests. Turn that on and play on Invite Only and you're golden.

Just leave the friend requests there. Back in my Halo days nearly every match I played I would get friend requests. After you hit 100 friends/pending it will cap out. When you want to add someone then just delete one of the requests. If you just check the messages the only annoying part is having to scroll through the friend requests to invite friends.

I personally like the leaderboards, they give the game a little more umph to the game because everyone is naturally competitive, And when you see people higher up on the leaderboard it makes you want to be on top.

Peaceful is the only thing close to Creative Mode us Creative Mode lovers have, that and the dupe glitch, of course.
