My first wolf died in a sad way. Me and him (Zoo Zoo) were mining and killing skeletons and zombies as I fed him meat as we found iron, redstone, gold and more. I would even push him into a minecart and send him upto the house. Well, a few days later we found our objective... Diamond, in a cave gaurded by skeletons with a lava pool in the middle. I yanked out my bow and pulled back... but zoozoo got ahead of me and I shot him twice on accident. I saw his tail down and I took charge with my iron sword and started slashing the skeletons to save my little wolf. I then turned around and saw the worst sight. That skeleton shot him into the pool of hot lava. I ran to murder that skeleton and turned to see my dog... burning in the flames of that burning magma. It was the saddest minecraft moment I have had since my first death on survival.

Creeper snuck up behind me right after I tamed him. We both ker-sploded. This was on PC back when wolves were first introduced. You DID say "First" wolf.

On XBOX, he hasn't died yet. I still have him, we walk around and play "Tag the Piggy with my first" until I'm all stocked up on food and then he goes back into his pen. =)

My first wolf is still alive, sitting in his wolf house right next to his 6 other wolves where they will remain for the rest of there wolfy lives. I don't want my wolves to disappear. I prefer hoarding them.

My first wolf died on a multiplayer server way back in 1.5, I tamed a wolf away from civilisation, I never thought that I would make it back with my newfound companion. It took us a while, but we eventually made it back. We walked past a player named Assassin3980's Mcdonalds which had a stream surrounding it. My wolf and I walked along the blocks to the side of the stream, but my wolf fell into the 2 block deep water. I tried to fish it out with my fishing rod, but it was stuck on the block, as you would have guessed, it drowned.

My house is modeled like a tree, so it's made entirely of wood. I had a bit of stone to house lava for a disposal, but the rest was wood. My wolf must have wandered too close to the lava, and caught on fire. I was just below my house, and a flaming wolf falls from the sky in front of me. I tried to put him out by punching him (I don't know why I thought that would work) and he died. I turned and looked up, to see my entire house engulfed in flames.

Rage was had.

My friend hit it by accident and it started attacking him then my friend died I made my dog sit and my friend came back up to my castle and the dog started moving while sitting and killed him again so my friend got pissed and shot in the face with an arrow.

i had two wolves my friend killed the first one so i left the shared castle and a creeper came out of nowhere and blew my wolf up

I found my first wolf while I was lost after a mining expedition. It was dark and raining... I tamed him and we waited out the horrible night under a canopy I built. When morning came, we spent the entire day searching for my home, as soon as night fell again, I reached home with my new friend. Just then, a creeper popped up, blew up half of my house, and mortally wounded my dog. Right after, as I desperately tried to feed it a porkchop, a skeleton shot at me with the bow and hit the dog, killing it. In a fit of rage I burned down the Monsters habitats, and plan on nuking the entire land with TNT once I get the resources in an act of revenge.
