I can't seem to stack pork chops in the xbox version in my inventory. Is this a bug?

these was not stackable until later versions in the pc, so we have to wait for the game to be updated

Never played Minecraft on PC but I have read the version notes and read some new by 4J that says they are patching in order with the next patch being Beta 1.7.3.

Currently we are on Beta 1.6.6 and it wasn't until Beta 1.8 that stackable food came in.

Most likely after we get Beta 1.7.3 we will get Beta 1.8.1 (including the sound update) and then the "full" game. (Go from 1.0.0 to 1.1 to 1.2.5)
