All of em. Depending on your server generation and the biom generated, you can farm Sugar Cane, Wheat, Mushrooms (both the red ones and the brown ones) and Cactus, though I see no reason for Cactus besides something to defend yourself from mobs, sometimes.
Wheat is relatively easy to farm, and starting your day with some quick harvesting can give you the means to heal up your lifebar without having to hunt swine... although it doesnt heal as well as porkchops.
You'll usually find Sugar Canes near water surrounded by dirt. With Cacti, you'll find it growing on Sand. Sugar Canes can be used to make a cake which helps, plus it's a type of decoration if you don't eat it.

Cake also requires an egg, and since we can't lure chickens yet, it makes them hard to come by. But cake also is a stackable eating resource, making it very useful -- much more than porkchops or bread, which do not stack.

I will not make cakes until the crafting benches stop taking my buckets. My world has a very limited supply of iron.

Well yeah but usually chickens tend to spawn near the players home so if your just upgrade/updating your house you'll eventually find a good amount of eggs around your house.
i think in the pc beta it did yes, you can check the wiki for all the useful data
In the early PC version, the empty buckets were left in their respective slots in the crafting interface, and you were free to remove them. After some updates, they would just automatically go back into your inventory.
Since we have an earlier version on the Xbox, the empty buckets should remain in their crafting slots, but there aren't any crafting slots, so they just disappear.
