This is the third time this has happened, when I try to load my server, its a blank screen. Says Minecraft and moves towards the right slowly..no initializing server, loading chunks, nothing. Just a simple A and B at the bottom of the screen. I have no idea how to fix this but I'm sure as hell getting sick of this. Any help or anyone else experiencing this? If so can you help me please.
Also my xbox doesn't freeze at all, it plays normal, but doesn't load.
I've never experienced it myself. There is probably nothing anyone here can do to help you.
Your best bet would probably be to post your problem in the Bug Megathread. Someone there might be able to help you and it's a good place to let 4J know about all the bugs.
Loading and saving are both pretty massively bugged in my experience, and until they patch the game there probably isn't much one can do other than suck it up and deal with it.
Because a glance at the Xbox bugs thread at the top of the forum would have told you that 'save and quit' has a bug right now which 'can' corrupt your world. So 'save' then exit the game rather than 'save and quit'.
well I do save then save and quit. I never had a problem until when this happens. My xbox doesn't freeze and none of the files are corrupt. It just sits there, plays the music, turns right, and has A and B at the bottom. No loading bar.
Saves not being able to load are a known issue right now. See this from official bug thread:

Another severe bug. Some people have experienced world saves no longer opening, possibly because the saves have become corrupted. There are possibilities that some save corruptions have something to do with Cloud Storage, and because of that being a possibility in some cases, i would advise NOBODY uses Cloud Storage right now when it comes to Minecraft Saves. Keep things simple and just stick with the HD. For those who can no longer open their world, the best thing to do right now is just to start a new one.
I do save to the HDD, not cloud. So I guess I'm gonna have to wait for an update to come out and see if that fixes it since there is no work around that I know of.
For the time being, save manually then exit without saving, as has been previously mentioned, there is a possibility that it can corrupt your world if you use save and quit. I personally have not had this problem myself, as I started saving manually when I first heard about the problem, though I have had a couple of saves corrupted when transferring between consoles using cloud storage. I know that advice won't help with your current world right now, but it will help prevent this from happening on any other worlds you start up, until the patch is released.

Anyway, have a look & see if your save file is corrupted?
If still not working, delete the game, go to where your saving it, delete the world(s) then redownload.
