Or honestly move the 3rd person feature to the D-pad put sprint on LS click.
This sounds like the best idea. I hardly use the 3rd person camera. Since there is nothing on the D-Pad, it could easily be moved there and Sprint added into the clicking of the stick.

Seeing as how blocking is done by holding down the right mouse button on the PC, it will probably be holding down the left trigger on the Xbox. Seeing as how the triggers are reversed from the PC mouse buttons.
