When i was searching around the crafting table in my friends game, i noticed the bricks and wondered "How cool would it be to make a house outta these?" so i went out searching for clay. Now I'm not an expert at Minecraft, but I'm Pretty sure it is found underwater. iv'e searched literally for 30 minutes in this big ocean and i found NOTHING! I'm not sure if its's just the map itself or a problem with the chunk loading? or is it just REALLY REALLY rare? Can anyone help me or tell me some tips on HOW to get clay?
Actually, unless your minecraft is pre-1.8, it shouldn't be that rare. They fixed that problem starting 1.8,, so either you're really unlucky, or using 1.7-down!Check around ponds: i find that the ocean doesn't have much, but smaller water bodies have more.
