Run away, because by now you're about to explode.
Run around until you find a skeleton.
Have the skeleton chase you BEHIND the creeper. So running right would look like :
Run for a while until you hear/see the creeper die. The skeleton will need to hit the creeper once.
Dispose of the skeleton.
Grab the disk.
Die if you didn't dispose of the skeleton.
Re-grab the disk if the skeleton killed you.
If you haven't disposed of the skeleton by now, either you only looked at the step with the big letters and emoticons, or you are a terrible mob hunter.
