1. I can play it on my 51" HDTV, while reclining on the couch (without having to buy a laptop and cables to connect it to the TV) and use a handy controller to save my wrists from potential carpal tunnel (from 9 hours of computer usage at work every day). Basically, without starting a PC vs. Console debate... I can relax while gaming.

7. I actually like that it started as an early version. Having never played MC before, beginning with a basic game is great for those of us unfamiliar with the mechanics. By the time updates arrive, I'll have the basics down and will welcome the extra levels of complexity.

What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
the fact that it takes place in the beta, when the oceans were just small enough to see other large landmasses with normal render distance, yet large enough to still take some time to traverse without a boat

Still a credit to your ruse, what a beautiful excuse, To never open up your eyes and see the things you lose,
Just climb the beanstalk when you die and meet the giant in the sky.
First of all, I have not played on the computer version, so I don't know what I'm missing.
But that aside, I love the interface. It's very simple and natural.... something very few PC ports can manage. It runs seamlessly... and aside from the long load time at the beginning, there's no in-game loading.
And this may be more just to Minecraft, but it really does live up to the bold claim, "If you can imagine it, you can build it." Given enough time, you really CAN build anything your heart desires. It's like the old Erector Set all over again.
PC gaming is **** thats why i like the xbox version, you are not limited to the experience they give you on a console, PC you are terribly limited to what you can and cannot do if you didnt spend enough money on the machine.

i also can enjoy the game on a much bigger screen and it's easier using a controller for me.
