Ok. So I bought minecraft for the 360 on Sunday and so far, I love the local multiplayer.

I've noticed that the Xbox doesn't have a creative mode. Anyone know what is planned for future updates? Is a creative mode coming?

You should learn to research more.

4J said the game was going to be equivelant to the PC Beta 1.6.6. That means, no Creative Mode because it wasn't in the game until Beta 1.8.
