Sometimes when I get killed, I'll respawn at the respawn point when you first enter the world instead of my bed...Does anybody know why this happens?
The thing is that it will be inconsistent...Sometimes it will respawn in my house next to my bed but then others not.
I am not 100% sure on this but in my experiences, if I die and don't spawn at my bed, it is usually because there is a zombie or creeper near my bed and therefore my bed has been "compromised" according to the game so they don't want to spawn you in a perpetual death zone.

hmm that's an interesting point..but I'm pretty sure that there aren't any monsters in my house at the time I die.

That, and the possibility that something is blocking your bed, because it's to crammed? Maybe up the roof a bit or give the beds a bit more space on the sides. Hopefully that will fix it.
