So i was playing GTA Yesterday and i wasnt banned. I bought Minecraft For the Xbox, and Got On my Xbox, Then, im instantly console banned for "Terms Of Use Violation"!
This isnt a troll, i can provide any video proof needed. My mom is talking to xbox customer support as you read. Is there Anything you guys can suggest to do?
MS Constantly admits to their banning system being flawed, Although it IS rare that some one doing absolutely nothing wrong gets banned.
8 times out of 10 you did something.
If this just happens to be one of those rare times when you're completely innocent, Contact customer support and see about getting the ban lifted (Which probably wont happen).

What's funny is that nearly ever single person who was banned has CoD in their last played games.
I own both an Xbox 360 as well as a PS3 and the only thing the PS3 has over the Xbox 360 is a nicer community and Playstation Home. Sure you have to pay, but at least we know our profiles won't get hacked. Also the exclusive games are pieces of sh*t. The Xbox has Gears of War, Forza Motorsport, Halo, Quake, and Doom. Oh wait I forgot one more Xbox Exclusive game..........Minecraft!

Halo 1 and 2 were on PC, therefore not exlcusive to xbox, Quake and DOOM are on PC and DOS, GOW and Forza are the only exclusives you mentioned. Also, PS3 has some great exclusives, yet others that are bad.
Life is all about money for microsoft, but at least they make good machinery, sorry your console got banned, it's probably some major error, and because of multiple people lieing, microsoft cant trust worth ****.Also, Mr Skateaton, your opinion is very biased and biased opinions are usually ignored, next time you should be fair to both consoles, because your silly little anger moment will probably cause a console war -.-

Basically you did something wrong and you won't admit it but Microsoft knows you did it.

Haha, PSN Netflix is the same. PlayStation 3 and Xbox360 are made and used for different type of gamers. Both have there pros n cons.
