I accidentally placed a bucket of lava on my house, no biggy right? Just dump water on it, but every time I dump it it spawns ONE water block that floats then disappears. This is making my front doors UN-USABLE, and it is very annoying. Any fixes?

There's something wrong with placing water, yes. I think I read that it's a problem when placing it near your game's original spawn point. Are you building near your spawn?

You should be able to pick up the lava source block though, and then wait for the rest of the lava to clear.

Then just put cobble over the small parts that stay to get rid of it

But yeah water buckets are buggy as **** for me aswell

I tried picking it up, just "grows" back.

Very close yes.

Although I've never had trouble placing water, I've heard a few people have.

Also, you should probably have checked the MCXBLA Official Bug List topic that is stickied at the top of this forum...

Ok, I covered up the lava with cobblestone.
