ok, so I was playing single player, and was in my house for the first night, since I had no bed, I had to wait it out. in the morning, however, there were SIX creepers in front of my door, staring at me. is there any way to get rid of them from inside?
On an interesting note, my friend and I had this same issue with 1 creeper except I was standing outside of the house. I literally could walk into the creeper and push him around but he would always go back to the door and stare at my friend.
I was going for a nice walk one morning when I had three come at me. I managed to survive but had to fill a lot of holes. Can't stay mad at them though. They're so awesome.
I also have an abnormal amount of creepers and skeletons. I ended up digging a trench around my house, then I lined the bottom of the trench with netherrack and set it on fire. No more being stared at. Lol

Repeat until your Creeper problem is no more.
