Damn this news sucks I mean.I saw a post last night where the guy got into MCXBLA files and all the png's from future versions of the game was in it.Coding pistons shouldn't take that long should it????I mean when 1.6.6 came out last year in May 1.7.3 came out June 30'th.So if they have all the png's they just need to code the shears,pistons,and bug fixes in and that should take atleast 2 weeks to do.

all they have to do is type "Make piston push" for coding

Well if you think how long it took Mojang to release 1.8 (adventure update) we can expect that amount of time or even longer from 4J and I feel like they would want to get the most form one update and throw 1.7 in there also.

how does it make it boring thier is a whole lot more to explore. I LOVE IT!!!

The old world gen was unique. Every world had a different look to it. But now every world looks the same. Deserts, mountains, rivers, plains. All look similar. Not trying to be nostalgic or anything but i like the old one. Which is in the MCX360 version

You understand xbox doesn't run java, so they had to rewrite the whole code, right?

Thats absolutely hilarious. "Its too early to give people what they want, so instead we'll just sit here and laugh at all the bugs and lack of content you have!" That's how I read that sentence anyway.

Delaying updates because its "too early?" Thats the most pathetic thing I've ever heard in all my years of gaming. If this is who we are dealing with, I dont think I want a xbox version. Seriously, if its ready, give it to the people, there is no such thing as "too early" for updates.

The PC version is popular then the other versions. So there won't be a update soon until the PC version is in great shape again.

Really all I want is them to update to 1.7.3 then no more updates lol.I love the simplicity Minecraft had.Dont get me wrong jungles cats potions XP and enchanting is cool.But the simplicity isnt there anymore.

Hell if anything.At least throw us a patch to fix the freeze issue that is plagueing everyone.

Honestly, I want everything EXCEPT for the 1.8+ Terrain. The Mineshafts, ravines, and Jungles are nice. But there is lost variety in the terrain. There are rarely mountains outside of extreme hills, and it's just overall flat. I would be happy if they simply edited the 1.6 terrain and just put in Ravines, mineshafts, jungles, and the other stuff.

You'd think with as popular as this game has become on Xbox that they would strive harder to get those updates to us.Just kidding. I'm thinking monthly updates.
