Saw someone saying that Microsoft limits the amount of updates that can happen for Arcade titles. Not sure if that's true. But maybe free DLC would be a way to get around that?
4J is a Microsoft studio though. So who knows if that update limitation thing will apply to them(if it even exists at all).

4J is not a Microsoft studio. They are independent I believe. And if you want to try and say they are part of Microsoft, then how exactly did they go about working for Sony to bring The Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion to the PS3 as a port?
