I think it sucks that if I create a world, the only time anyone can play on it is if I'm online in it. So if me and my friends build an awesome place, they can't play in that world unless I'm hosting the game. Will we be able to share worlds in the future?
I wish I could just build a harbor out of four boats and five pallets or something and sail to the edge of my map to get to a friend's world.
I think a gateway at the edge of a given map would be a great way to connect them and give you virtually limitless space. You'd only have to work in one 128-million-block map at a time, and since they're all water-locked, there's no edge reconciliation to bother with.
Keep wishing.
There's many reasons this won't work, but for starters what if this other xbox's world you want to go to isn't turned on? And how's he suppose to go to yours if yours isn't turned on?

Save it to the XBL cloud, grant access to XBL friends.
It would take some work, but it's not impossible by any stretch.
I think if you copy a world to a flash drive upload it then a friend downloads it puts it on his flash drive then on xbox it might work not sure though havent tested, I hope they come up with like a file share system.
I just hope that in the future, we're able to make a world and anyone that joins that game maybe we can set if we want to share that world with them. That way if I made the world and am not online and my friend who was playing with me wants to build stuff in my world, he could go ahead and do that and save. It sucks having to start all over everytime you join a new world and having to rely on the world creator to be online to play on a preexisting world.

but if you're feeling a bit tech savy google "rehash and resign 360 saves" you should be able to change the gamertag to anyone you want
