I was lucky enough to grab this with Xbox rewards. I honestly did NOT think I would want/or like this version. [Tried the mobile version, not impressed] I thought this was going to be another slapped together beta version in an attempted for more profit share. Though, this does not have the same features as the PC version it is great and extremely polished. You can hear me comment that I oddly like the throw back, and I do. I miss the terrain and lazy wool gathering. Graphics are set at fancy, and look great with no performance issue. Personally I don't like fancy graphics and wish there was a way for fast (don't like leaf gen.) But, I would rather have those leaves and better natural structures. Controls were surprisingly easy as well, crafting interface models the mobile platform and perfects it. The biggest downside would be in game chat client, right this by starting an xbox party (volume is very low otherwise). I and I know I am not alone in this cannot wait for texture packs and updates (one supposedly out soon). I give it a 7.5 out of 10, once a few updates are introduced this will easily move to a 10. Without updates I don't see myself playing longer than a month.
