Is it true that once you join a friends online session you can save that map to your own drive and access it offline anytime?
I was thinking you could do that?
If so I would love to come to some other people's worlds and see what they've done. Then I would save it to admire it later if I wanted.

You can't save. You can't bring over anything you collect either. I've read some other threads about this same topic. I played a few times today on someone elses world and there is no save option. So basically you are helping that person build a better world. It's still fun. And look at it this way, you help them and they will come help you.
Oh well. I still love the game. I would love to see that feature in the future. Then people could get someone's epic world save it locally and grief the hell out of it all they wanted
