Playing Minecraft Xbox 360,suddenly i earn award of a I love minecraft tshirt

Woo!

After that,i get the Limited edition watch. Woo once again

I decided to go head for the Creeper cap,and shot and killed about 7 creepers with arrows. No Creeper Cap

Is anyone getting the same issue?

If I'm not mistaken I believe you're suppose to shoot the creeper in the head
