People may say it feels "watered down"; I prefer to say it's "nostalgic". Buying it for the Xbox and loading it up felt just like the first time I sat down and played Minecraft. No sprinting or enchantments but being all alone, hiding in a dirt shack on your first night to living in a bedrock level mine. Don't get me wrong, I can't wait for the new features to come in future updates, but for now, I'm enjoying every second of it

the first time i played minecraft it was 1.8 beta so i really miss sprinting and pistons lol
Im thinking that the small map size is due to the fact that after further updates, they will expand the borders to make room for more biomes without forcing you to make a new map to have the additional features.
Playing the Xbox Edition has made me love Minecraft again. Not because of missing features, because I want them all back. It made me love it again because now I can split-screen rather than play alone.
The only downside is, everything is so damn tiny when I split-screen that we have to sit 2-3 feet away from the screen to properly read things.
I heard they gonna update to 1.2.5 directly! And yeah i miss the sprinting breeding WATERMELONS! enderman village's and the weird villagers and... Enchanting!
I hope the update comes out by the end of May, or early June. Want texture packs so much right now, and advanced servers with a CraftBukkit like configuration for MCX360.
I miss the melons too.
Dont worry guys either the end of this month or sometime next month (maybe).Pistons will be available :3.I already got a slime farm and a lot of slime for sticky pistons :D.

yeah the wiki is not the best source but it's something

Wait, wouldn't they be updating to beta 1.7, not 1.7.3? I mean, I'm not complaining, but i guess they might be updating in bulks. I still cant trust wiki all the time though...

nobody should believe the wiki since the release date incident
I just enjoy the lag free stuff though i would like the duplicating glitch to be fixed and to have sprinting pistons jungles and breeding added but for now i am enjoying
I hope they upgrade it as much as possible before releasing an update. I think I heard somewhere that 4J will be given a limited number of updates. Hopefully, this isn't true.
Also, who else thinks that it is a bit strange that Minecraft: Xbox 360 has the exact same mob spawner bug as in the pc version?

Yea, I just checked the wiki, and I believe it says they're moving it up to 1.7

well this is one of the first created
but as said earlier, it would make sense to go straight to 1.2.5 instead of doing each individual update
Fix the bugs first, then they can update it.
