This is a floating farm, and next to it is a large library.

This house is designed to look like stacked crates. It has four bedrooms, each with its own balcony. The view from the balcony is of a beach house. Pics in the next post.This is a beach house. It has one main room, 6 bedrooms and 2 balonies. Each ground level room (4) has a different color carpet.

btw i did all this without cheating, never played on peacefull and built everything without the help of any friends (i dont trust them)

My very hard to see DarkRoom
My Drowning trap from DarkRoom (theres also a lava trap before this one that kills about half the mobs the other half comes here and drowns or when exp comes to the Xbox i can grind exp from them)
Sand is WAY better then a diamond sword. What's better than diamond? Nothing.
But sand is better than nothing, right? Diamond < Nothing < Sand. Thusly, sand is better than a diamond sword.
Amazing! May I ask why you encase it in wood? is it just for looks or does it have a more practical function?
And yeah I punch sheep like mad too, prevents me from doing much else though, living on a big flat grassland and every time I am working on something and i see/hear sheep I drop what I am doing to go punch them for the wools
I use wood because it to looks more appealing to me. I just make the frames to so I have a nice place to work with and and it protects them i case a fire starts.
And I do exactly the same. When ever I hear them I'll turn around and find em. I have a ton of wool currently. I could make anything I really wanted.

Can you maybe post pics of how to set it up or how it the lava is adjacent to the water. I have been dying to make a mob trap
I am amazed. Some of the worlds you guys have constructed are absolutely stunning.
I am currently building a "fort/castle" as my main base of operations before I branch out to really explore my whole map. I have a couple of old shots I took with my iPhone I will link to.
I have some questions, though: Be honest... do most of y'all dupe? Don't be ashamed, utilitzing a glitch is not exactly cheating, at least in my opinion. I for one just started duping, and I'm looking forward to having endless obsidian, glowstone, and diamond tools at my disposal.
Can somebody give me some pointers on building domes/round buildings. I remember mention of a tutorial online somewhere a few pages back, but I do not really even know where to start searching for it on the interwebs. I would greatly appreciate it.
Also, for whatever reason, when I hit "Start", I don't have a "Y" option to take a screen shot. Not sure what I'm doing wrong... Any pointers on that?
I am hopelessly addicted to this game. Being married and having 2 young kids limits my playing time a bit, but I feel like I am making some pretty good progress in what time I do have to play.

Ya I dupe, and I dont care, it's like creative mode which we dont have yet
I know some say they dont dupe, but I dont see how it's possible to create what they do without duping especially when Xbox maps have certain clay blocks that are even more rare then diamonds, or gold apples. So why lie, just be proud of what you can create, who cares if you dupe, you still took a hellova lotta time to create it.
I just dont see the sin of being looked down upon because you dupe

I changed the color scheme of a regular Link to a Dark Link...
And here is Red from Pokemon Red and Blue.
I don't dupe my wood (why would I?) or wool.
I punch mah sheep and collect mah ink sacs for dye.

So I started this.
I feel like it's off to a good start.
Take one of the stairs down in the tower that leads to the dungeon
and the last cell has a secret passage for the King to escape
