Hey all!

Long time lurker, recently registered poster with the release of MC on Xbox...and I am a big screenshot junkie. I have taken hundreds of pictures (with my iPhone) of my gaming adventures over the years, most recently Dark Souls, and with the included screenshot function on Minecraft I am in heaven!

I am sure everyone knows how at this point, but for those unaware you can take screenshots right in MC Xbox and post them straight to Facebook. From FB you can get the URL for the shot and post them here!

1. Just hit start (pause) in your MC game

2. Hit the Y button (Share)

3. Follow the steps... (You need a FB account)

4. Open FB in your computer's browser and navigate to the shot in question

5. Right-click on the picture and choose "copy image address" in Safari (Sorry I have not used IE in over 7 years...so if anyone can help with that, great!)

6. Come here and post your image!

I played way too late last night with an old friend over Live and took a few shots I wanted to share. I searched the forums back about 20 pages and did not see an "Official Screenshot" thread, so I figured...what the hell?

Hope you enjoy! I plan on posting more.

First is a shot fro the tutorial...I was pretty proud of myself that I built stairs up to the MC logo on the right there (And my kids thought it was just the funniest thing they had seen all day) so I snapped a pic:



My first world on Xbox: (Generated from Seed 10110101 which was borrowed from Martain's (inthelittlewood)"Xbox 360 tutorial and seeds work" YouTube video)



Next is a shot of the marker I placed above our underground fort to we could easily find it:



And finally, my friend and I posing: (Yes it looks like I have a cow on my head )



Nothing too exciting...hopefully this inspires others to come and post some pics!

Here is a new world I just generated with seed 1181575957304252896 which had a lavafall!

That's my glass house in the background, and my friend and I working on a sky base. =]

Here is an update to my world, note the tower to the left (for reference it is hitting the max height of the map) and the glass hallway that stretches from the basement through open sky to the right.

You could always do what I did in the past...take a pic with your camera/cell...

I would just consider making a junk FB profile, set it to uber private and use it. SOOOOOO easy.

Some of these worlds make me jealous. I'm not much of a builder, so my world is rather basic. Not to mention since I"m on ground level, and there's not many huge mountains around, I have no need for bridge or walkways or anything.

All mine consists of is a basic house, various kinds of small farms. Some dog houses. A decent sized birch tree farm next to my house. And a small mob spawner room.(Just a basic dark room with windows to shoot arrows into. Not a mob grinder or anything fancy)
