Started playing an easy game, want to turn it to peaceful to do some exploration, there is NO option to change game difficulty once you started a map ?
Yeah, there's no way to change difficulty mid-game. From the menu, when you choose a world, you can change it, though. I think that's because of the 12w18a-esque "singleplayer is multiplayer" stuff.
