Creepers have completely redecorated the inside of my cave. Multiple times. The glitchyness of them is almost too much. I was rebuilding a wall that was destroyed during a creeper/skelly fight. One snuck up behind me and started to go off. But instead of blowing up it walked into the entrance shaft for my base; fell down 10 blocks; and then exploded.
After I was done raging I dug out the undamaged parts of my roof and put 4 layers of cobble on it. Then I finally gave in and made a bed so I can sleep off the nights and not worry about them spawning.
They've blown up my house like three times! Theres one just looking at me through the window now! I just run out my door to lure them away and try to fight them but they always just blow up. My yard looks like a war zone! Lol
Yeah, that explosion sound of the creepers sounds like something from an old 70's cartoon. Is that the sound file from the 1.6.6 version? Because I don't remember it being that bad.

What do you mean it sounds bad? it sounds better then the current PC version!
Kinda OffTopic but I hope you can choose to keep the 1.6 update. I like the simplicity of it, it makes me want to plan more buildings and gather the resources. If I want to play 1.2.5 and up, I'll just stick to PC. In 1.2.5 (which I do love, Don't get me wrong) My goal focuses on getting XP, and trying my hardest just to get to the end. OnTopic, That's how they were in 1.6 Don't worry I heard somewhere a new update arrives once every 2 two weeks? I think?
I don't remember it being like this on the PC, but Creppers are spawning like crazy on my maps. Every night passed when I walk out there are like 8 of them walking around. It's hard to keep my house up. lol
Sometimes creepers are getting stuck near the entrance of my home, You can swing at them all day long and it never registers as damage, even though they flash red after the sword connects, or they lag out and just explode in my face first swing, so many things are missing, Im already considering going back to the PC edition, mega bummed =(
you have to be right infront of him, no blocks in the way, because if he can't attack you the game won't register your hits.
