I have had a problem with my Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition lately, I'll be able to play and I'll have fun when all of a sudden, a menu will pop up saying "Lost Connection to the server. Returning to main menu" and I will lose all progress from after my last save, can someone confirm what is happening? It's really starting to get on my nerves!

I've honestly haven't had that problem yet while playing offline, but I do know when I join my friends server everything laggs like crazy.
