This is going to be simple, but THE most effective thing you're going to read about being the person hosting the server / map. After hours of playing, and things good and bad happening, here's the tips I have.
Save the map manually every 30 minutes
Do NOT open the Xbox Guide as the host, as it is prone to freezing it.
It sounds like nothing, and not deserving of a topic, but people need to know this. If you don't follow these steps, you're going to lose your progress very often. Just saying. (Yes this has all been tested with multiple people)
