I hope this does not get erased because I have seen multiple people with the problem I had.
Well I preordered Minecraft xbox and waited for the email/ message in Powerup rewards with my code.
I went to school hoping it would be there, but it was not there when I got back.
I decided to go to Gamestop and inquire about the situation. He did not give me any info on why this happened and said I should have got it so to fix it all he did was print my code out at that moment.
So basically if you do not want to wait for Gamestop to get there stuff together just visit the store you preordered from.
