So I've had Minecraft on my Laptop for around a year.. Never really played it because my laptop can't run it properly. I got it on 360 earlier today and I love it so far despite it being behind the PC version. No lag.. I'm happy with the quality and everything. Now that I can play Minecraft properly I'm hoping to become rather active on the forums too! I've also started posted Minecraft on YouTube (/watch?v=RfgOhqw4iHU) and I'm thoroughly looking forward to the future of Minecraft on xbox!
Just thought I'd put in my thoughts on the 360 edition after seeing some negative comments about it. I personally love it and I bet there will be a lot of people out there like me who couldn't run it on their computers properly.
I can run it perfectly fine on my PC. I get around 60fps just like the Xbox version and I still love the Xbox version. Something about it is just awesome.
And the brilliant thing is, it can only improve! I'm yet to play with my friends but I'm sure I'll get to the multiplayer later tonight Should add more fun and enjoyment.
My friends weren't sold on the game until I finally convinced them, we played for two hours and it was the most awesome experience we've had on Xbox in a long time.
I wish I didn't have to do work for finals and grades...

Im pissed about this game to be true, wish i didnt buy it, waste of money since they want you to buy a hdtv just to play the main feature which is splitscreen that is if you dont have one, Like the gameplay and all is great but the fact that splitscreen does not work has ruined everything for me.
And i believe it has for many others glad to hear you people are enjoying your minecraft too bad they had to screw up

I havent really gotten too much play time in. Probably pulling in all nighter tonight though. I've noticed there are faaar more mobs in caves than on the PC version, it's impossible to get anything done down there playing solo.
I like the Xbox version a lot better,even though its in Beta 1.6.The only thing that can happen is more improvements to the game and more updates!I thank the work of Notch! and all the other people involved, even microsoft!
No, it just won't let anyone without an HD TV. (Which a lot of people lack might I add.) The game is almost as big of a let down as finding Excalibur,
Oh, well trust me, your not missing much. It doesn't save your world automatically, and if you save it manually, by the time you exit it crashes and erases everything. The game is a piece of sh*t if you ask me. When (If) they fix it, it will be amazing.

And...? For example, Halo has always run at 30 (a bit less sometimes) and no one has a problem with that...
