Don't know if this has been posted already, but as for the bed bug....=D... And the monsters spawning, I made a bed about 10 blocks above ground level and a closed off room lit up room, and I have yet had a monster wake me up, even when I'm by the wall.
Also I do feel like the monster spawn rates are a bit higher than usual sometimes when I walk out of my house, (at night) I'll get gang banged by 4 skeletons, and if I'm lucky a jocky will show up, and also sometimes in the morning mulpitple times i've walked out and there are maybe 3 creepers puppy guarding my house, I've tried lighting up my yard too. but perhaps I havent played survival mode in a while.

It's been said earlier I think that mobs spawn more on this 1.6.6 version
A recent tweet by someone from 4J said their their plan is to get to version BETA 1.7.x next, and then updated to major revisions after that.
Does it erase everything including what you have done in the world? For me the saving feature is broken, there is no point in saving because it will only be erased when I start the level back up.

bugs so far i have seen ...
1. cant get splitscreen to work local (still have not seen any worlds open to try online yet)
2. for some reason a creeper was up and walking around late in the day (sunlight)
For split screen you have to have an HDTV with an HDMI or component cable.When 1 player is going up a ladder and one is going down and they collide they will lock together and go straight up until reaching the top. only happens with 1x1 ladder shafts.
I will not be purhcasing this game until these game breaking bugs have been fixed. I thought Bethesda was the only one who would realease something with all these glitches without testing thouroughly.

To be fair, glitches are different for each person. The only glitch I've come across is the game freezing once when I went to leaderboards.

I can tell you got a long wait ahead! I have a feeling they are more worried about adding mods and texture packs than fixing the saving problems....

Hey, completely new player here and I've run into what I think is a pretty big bug.
After a couple hours of just messing around in game, I found myself unable to mine anything anymore. None of my tools worked, nor did my fists, even on dirt or trees. If I tried to mine something, for instance dirt or sand, the 'cracks' would appear, but not progress past a certain point. I tried starting a new game but ran into the same problem, so I uninstalled the game, deleted all of my data, re-installed, started a new game -- only to find myself in the same predicament.
Oddly enough, I could still take out grass and sugarcane, as well as animals, but nothing else.
Any suggestions? Help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Did you try to shut down your xbox and restart it? It seems some people are having weird problems like that, that are only cleared after restarting your xbox.
Every time I open the game, the stupid "how to use your inventory" tutorial pops up. If I skip it, I do not regain control of the game. The console isn't frozen; I can still press the Xbox button to bring up that menu, but no other button does anything.

Yeah, unfortunately I did. After that didn't take, I cleared all my MInecraft data, uninstalled and reinstalled. No dice.
Pressure plates being reversed. Stepping on a plate "closes" a door and stepping off of one opens it. I'll upload the video I got of this happening....hmmm...seems I can't upload directly from my phone
