Is split screen only available to HDMI consoles? I have the old Xbox 360 (does not have an HDMI). And I've been reading that you need HDMI to play split-screen. Or I am reading this wrong?

Correct, you need to be running your console with an HDMI cable unfortunately. I have an older TV, so I will be sticking to online play.

You don't need an HDMI, an HDTV with appropriate component hookups will work just fine.

It will work if I plug this in a HDTV? Just wondering...
