Can we make skins in the Xbox 360 edition? if not, can we transfer them from the PC?

You can't do either if you read the front page. You get one of four skins, and you don't even get to choose which one. It gives you a certain skin per player. If your player 1, your regular steve, player 2 is another, and so on and so forth.
