I don't have XBox Live Gold, but I have a few questions.
Can I get the game with MS points and use it?
Can I play singleplayer alone on my console?
Can I play split-screen on the same console with friends?
-PLEASE NOTE: ANSWER AND KEEP IN MIND THAT I DONT HAVE GOLD, LIKE PLEASE SAY FOR LIKE THE FIRST ONE, try to say the answer as if I don't have xbox live gold, but if the feature does, please say so.

The only thing you won't be able to do with the game is play online multiplayer.

It does, each time you make a new gamertag you are given silver if you sign in to xbox live.

Just creating an xbox live account gets you silver. In most cases, you get a free month of gold anyway when you create an account, so as long as you create any xbox live account, you can at least get the game.

First 3 accounts you make comes with a free month of gold trial. any others after that is all silver.
