Here is a list of things to remember before you start playing because this is version 1.6.6:
No pistons
You can still punch TNT to blow it up
No stacking fences (unless you do it the old fashioned way)
No shears
You have to punch sheep for wool
Cobble and Brick blocks have their old textures
You cannot grow pumpkins
Glowstone must be hit with a pick to get more than 1 glowstone dust
Glowstone dust/string are put in 2x2 squares instead of 3x3 to make glowstone/wool, respectfully
Using ladders that are put up on every other block does not work
Herobrine has been removed
Maps and trapdoors are present
Mushrooms spread very slowly in the dark, but infinitely (example)
You can grow tall grass by placing bonemeal on grass
Powered rails and detector rails are present
Stats are present
Birch/pine trees drop their respective sapling
Saplings can be used as fuel
There is weather
Lava does not make popping noises
Water and lava don't drip from the ceiling
There are cookies
There are wolves
Cocoa beans are found in dungeons
Spiders don't trample blocks
There is charcoal
Golden apples (or even regular apples) still nearly impossible to get
Nothing at or after the Adventure update (endermen, silverfish, cave spiders, ravines, villages, abandoned shafts, strongholds, no new meats or foods, no rivers or swamps, no blocking with sword, no charging bow, no sprinting, old lighting, Clay is rare and underwater geology isn't full of circles, unknown if new noises are present or not. And nothing on this list.)
I don't know why people think this, or why it seems to be so pervasive in this forum! The "- Removed Herobrine" parts of the changelog involve the removal of more and more code pertaining to humans!
As for stacking fences, that's still possible, you just have to exploit a glitch.

So there is going to be bonemeal. Great now i can build a tree fortress to the hight limit and be shot off by a skeleton that spawns somewhere it shouldn't have been able to.

Retired StaffThat's the joke...
There are people on this forum who as far as I can tell take it seriously.
