Well from what people are saying the world seems to be as big as the map you start with. Which is starting make sence why they give you a map. Wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww is all I can say if this is true and everyone isn't being trolled here.
I hope the world size increases but i'm honestly not that bothered. I'll be glad to play this with my friends until I get my gaming rig in September.

Oh come on, how many sources do you need saying the same thing over and over and not a single person out of the hundreds who have the game saying anything different.
Would be strange if the full version that is released next week dont have a bigger world. xbox can handle alot more than that. Will buy it anyway, but this hurts...

Me too ^^ It just seems a bit of a shame that this has dampened the mood for a lot of people when the game is so close to release. At least we know why 4J and any other developers wouldn't comment directly on the world size.
I think it's funny to see people getting sad over a game...A game is what you make out of it. Im fine with the world size because I know that when the game is released, my brother and I will be playing it for quite awhile.

Considering my crappy laptop can't handle Minecraft even on all the lowest settings i'd say i'm basically as new as you. I find it's very easy to understand everything quickly, especially with the new tutorial included in the 360 edition.
That's exactly why I'm buying the Xbox version. My PC is outdated and cannot handle Minecraft. I also don't wish to spend money on another PC. The first thing I will be using is the tutorial

Well this will be my first time playing it but I'm pretty sure I'll understand it in no time.
