My hype got ahead of me today and I decicded to watch some gameplay videos to tone down the hype. What I noticed was all the videos had Music in the title screen. If you have played the PC version of minecraft, you see that the music plays at random times. Think this is just some pre recorded music to be played at the beginning of their video?

I noticed music playing alot more than on the pc. When I'm playing pc minecraft I hardly ever hear music. As for your question, I think it is music at the title screen and in the menus and not a recording.

I hardly hear music either. And I think that title screen music and more world music is exactly what a console minecraft needs.

Yeah, for a long time I would play with music off but when I decided I wanted to turn it back on I was surprised that I only heard about 3 tracks an hour if I was lucky. I hope the music is much more frequent on the Xbox.
I personally love the music in Minecraft. I bought the album and play it sometimes on iTunes while I play. I hope the music plays more often in the Xbox version because it is a little rare on PC.
I believe that the music was in the game and I really enjoy the minecraft music because of the tone it gives to the player. Like it's usually very calm and it helps me along as play.
I love the music, its simplistic and creative. It allows for people to not rely on music to drive the emotion of the game but adds emotion subtly and I think that because its not so frequent, it makes it more of a treat to hear it. I always wonder if it plays when you do certain things, like if you happen to pass an area that may have a dungeon that the music turns on as a sign like, "hey something is somewhere around here, find it!"

When in survival. But when I'm building in creative I open up pandora on my iPod and get me some rock music.
