I need to know if i need a gold membership to buy the game ? I won't be playing multiplayer for a while, i just want to play, right now i only have the free membership or the silver membership, but i know for some things on the marketplace you need gold because you have access to certain items before others, so can i buy and play with only the free membership and Microsoft points ?
For the first year I had an Xbox 360 I didn't have a Gold account(used it mostly to play FFXI), and I was able to purchase games from the marketplace. So yes, it should be fine.
