I don't know how many threads I've seen of people who obviously have never played console.
You cannot create servers on Xbox 360, you simply join or create a session and invite who you please.
Simple.

So this is how liberty dies, with thunderous applause.
creating a session is create a local server hosted on your xbox the most likely example is call of duty where you create a local server to play with other people same stuff happens on left 4 dead and battlefield 3 that now u can buy a server for your own. i'm not sure you will host a game or host a server but it's kind of the same and it hasn't any importance at all

how do you even know if the game hasn't even been released??
You can still run a 24/7 server from your computer or a hosting company. Once MCXBL is updated to the current MCPC version then you can have a 24/7 dedicated server like that which your friends can play on.
WAIT A MINUTE !!! am sure BF3 lets u make servers and the host dosn't need to be on the game for the servers to be on O_o soooo am sure the're should be a way for this to work on Minecraft XB360 Edition
But that's EA. And they have money for a bajillion servers. and Charge to run servers. Is that what you really want?
