Hey everyone!
The following is just a theory I have on how Mojang and Microsoft can implement skins in Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition:
Ok, so Mojang has an account system where you can register on their Minecraft website for free. My theory is that maybe Mojang will implement this so you can link your Xbox Live account to your Minecraft account. And, on the website, you can upload any Minecraft skin you want (like on the PC version), and then from the website it can send that data to your game through your Xbox Live account.
This is just my theory. I have seen other games implement linking an account on the game's website with your Xbox Live account in order to do other stuff in game.

Don't you think if they could do this or wanted to do this, that they would have already started it? That they would have already announced it that they were doing it?
I'm sure there is a reason they aren't doing it that way. It might have something to do with the deal made between Mojang and Microsoft.

Well, if you think about it, they might have, but not said anything about it. To my understanding, skins won't be implemented at release. So, who says that they can't start to work on it after the game is out? I'm not saying your wrong, but from what I know I don't think skins will be implemented right away. Although I do see how my theory is easier said than done.
I think there should be an in-game editor to make your own skins.
This would work as well, but I don't think you would be able to make as good of skins as you can with 3rd party tools. But, if my idea doesn't work then I like this idea.
