My guess would be that, if Kinect functionality is ever added, that you would break and place blocks with your arm movements. There really is no need for voice commands unless you are extremely lazy. I guess they could add you saying "Crafting" to open the crafting.
Other than that though, I doubt they'd try to make it the full body experience with walking, turning, attacking, etc..... You'd die too much.

The Kinect could be used as little as Mass Effect 3 used it with just voice commands. But I highly doubt you would literally be punching blocks, as one unresponsive gesture would mean having to start breaking the block again from the start. My guess would be simply holding your arm out toward the block and holding it there until it broke, similar to the Pocket Edition of holding your finger on a block until it broke.

wow it will do nothing like that im 80% sure ALL it will do is for ex: when you put a pillow infront of the kinect it will make a large monument with all the right colors of that pillow. you can prob. alter the size of the object if you want as well but as for me i don't think that it will have any more features then that.
