I'm sure I'm not the only one here that installed hundred of mods.
Warning: Note my english is not clear at 100% since it's not my main language (I'm French).
I'm pretty much excited about minecraft coming to the XBOX platform. The reason why I will buy it will be because I'll be able to run this wonderful game smoothly and be able to play on server without lag.
But, there's one thing I'd want to know. I did read the frenquently asked questions, and I was extremely happy when I saw that we could use mods.
Will I be able the install mods on my console or from my computer? Do modders need to code the mod all over again or they'll just need to convert it somehow? Will I be able to play minecraft without any troubles while I run a few mods like Sonic's shader or Thaumcraft 2?
Anyways, I hope these features will be possible in the XBLA version.
As of right now, you cannot use mods. I'm not sure who told you you could, but they were wrong. It may or may not be possible in the future, but when the game releases on May 9th, there will be NO mod support of any kind.

I readed the post that answered a couple of questions, and it said Jeb is working on a mod support.

Jeb is working for mod support on the PC version. However, the Xbox 360 is a closed system and Microsoft does not allow mods. It would be a large undertaking for 4J to add mods. Especially trying to convince Microsoft to allow it.
