Mods are cool but just give us 2 to 4 times more of a world and make are resorces regen. add texture creative pets enimies etc in and keep throwing me more items to fill up my house with and ill even pay ya.
And i would like to take the time to express yet again another thing on mods. mods are in xbox games Call of duty xp servers and anyone heard of Borderlands 1? the game had millons of weapons in it from the creaters and people started modding them giving a player unlimited ammo as well as making them ridiculesly powerful,How about the shield that NEVER broke no matter what hit you, i remember finding weapons in my gameworld off of enimies i killed and they had modded weapon stats but they didnt have unlimited ammo so one pull of the trigger and your whole clip was gone. My point is that mods do exist on consel games and if mojang wanted to use them they can but yet again just give me a little bigger world 2x to 4x and make me new items and my resources to regen and ill even pay you and dont say anything about my inability to spell im well aware of it.
I don't want to be a downer. But just because they have a DLC option in the menu doesn't necessarily mean that there will be DLC. There were many XBLA titles which had this option that never even came out with a DLC. Take D&D Daggerdale for instance. Has the option of DLC, yet it was never used. I'm hoping for DLC though. Even if you have to pay for it, any addition to Minecraft will be a good one.
They have already annonced they will be doing dlc, any game that makes 1 million would do dlc let alone 8 mill. play minecraft in the text boxs while the game is loading it says there will be a update for this game eventually. As well on twitter they have told follows and fans there will be xbox dlc and on top of that do a googel search they have talked about it to many diffrent magizines and sourses

Those games are illegally modded. Those mods are hacked into the game and should've been fixed by now. Let me say this one final time, those mods are illegal and not meant to be in the game. Most likely the devs don't know or are just too lazy to fix them.

To all the people saying it isnt worth the effort/time put in to it your wrong, as a game developer or business that sells anything or creates really anything part of your job is to keep the customer happy and like/enjoy what you are making.So it is worth the effort and time to make your customers happy especially for gaming because the more you do for the people that already have the game the more they promote it to other people because they think its good andreally enjoy playing it.
